Plans are billed quarterly in USD. Silver is $149, Gold is $349 and Platinum V1 is $2,500 per quarter. Add-ons are billed monthly.

### How are WhatsApp message charges billed?
WhatsApp message charges are billed separately from your Com.Bot plan. They depend on the message category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the recipient's country. Ask our team for current rates for the countries you message.

### What are the prices in Indian rupees?
Silver is ₹10,000, Gold is ₹23,000 and Platinum V1 is ₹1,80,000 per quarter. Add-ons are ₹500 a month each, and expert help is ₹2,500 an hour for WABA, CRM and inbox support or ₹5,000 an hour for ecommerce, bots or automations.

### What decides the cost of a WhatsApp message?
Meta prices delivered template messages by category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the recipient's country. Free-form replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are not charged by Meta, and utility templates inside an open window are free. Your Com.Bot invoice shows message charges separately from your plan.

### Are replies to customers free?
Meta does not charge for free-form replies sent inside the 24-hour customer service window, and chats that start from a Click to WhatsApp ad get a 72-hour free entry point window. Template messages sent outside the window are charged by message category and country.

### Is there a limit on conversations each month?
No. There is no monthly fair-usage cap on conversations on any plan. Your plan sets limits on contacts, team members, bot triggers and external actions instead.

### Which plan should I choose?
Silver suits a small team getting started with one WhatsApp number. Gold, the plan most businesses choose, adds more team members, a bigger bot builder, double the automation triggers and faster support. Platinum is for high-volume teams that need three WhatsApp numbers, 25 seats and support within 2 working hours.

### Can I add more team members or channels?
Yes. Extra team members, extra social channels and extra ecommerce stores are $10 a month each. More external actions are $10 per 5,000 and more bot triggers are $10 per 25,000.

### Can your team build my bots or automations?
Yes. Expert help is available by the hour: $49 an hour for WhatsApp Business API, CRM and inbox setup, and $99 an hour for ecommerce, bots or automations.

### Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card, UPI, PayPal, crypto or bank transfer.

### Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting support, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, as set out in our cancellation policy.
